Prince George Looks More Like Prince William Than Ever During Meaningful Outing With Kate

Prince George was the spitting image of his father, Prince William, as he appeared alongside his mother, Catherine, Princess of Wales, in a poignant video released to mark Armed Forces Day.

The future King, 12, looked smart in a navy suit jacket paired with a blue collared shirt as he boarded an aircraft during a visit to RAF Coningsby.

Meanwhile, Catherine looked effortlessly elegant in a tailored tweed jacket for the special outing with her eldest son.

Alongside the video, shared on the official social media accounts of Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales, was the message: “Honouring Service and Sacrifice. Marking Armed Forces Day by reflecting on time spent with the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight at RAF Coningsby. Learning about the extraordinary history of these aircraft and meeting the pilots and engineers who keep their legacy alive.

“A powerful reminder of the courage, skill and dedication of those who serve, past and present. Thank you to all those who have served and continue to serve.”

The Princess has served as Royal Honorary Air Commodore of RAF Coningsby since August 2023, and the visit included time with the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, which is based at the station.

The footage is understood to have been filmed around two weeks before it was released.

George’s fascinаtion with aircrafts

Prince George has long shown a keen interest in aviation and is understood to have taken part in a private flying lesson in 2024, further highlighting his fascination with aircraft and flying.

According to The Sun, Prince George took part in a flying lesson at White Waltham Airfield, located around 20 minutes from the Wales family’s home in Windsor.

The report claimed that the future King flew with an instructor while his parents, Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales, watched from the ground.

George is said to have enjoyed an hour-long lesson at the airfield on the final day of the school summer holidays.

Prince Louis, the younger brother of Prince George, also appears to share a strong interest in aviation. It has previously been revealed that the eight-year-old would like to become a fighter pilot in the future, reflecting the Wales children’s growing fascination with aircraft and the military.

The revelation came during Catherine, Princess of Wales’s first visit to RAF Coningsby last October, when she had the opportunity to take control of a flight simulator.

During the visit, the Princess shared that Prince Louis dreams of becoming a fighter pilot. Speaking about her children’s ambitions, she joked: “I’m going to tell them it takes eight years and a lot of hard work.”
