King Charles and Prince William Reportedly Stop Taking Harry’s Calls as Family Tensions Flare Again

King Charles and Prince William are reportedly refusing to take calls from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as tensions within the Royal Family continue.

The claims come from NewsNation, which cited unnamed sources alleging that both Charles and William are no longer accepting Harry’s phone calls. According to the report, the latest source of friction involves security arrangements for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex following their reported return to Britain.

One anonymous source told the outlet: “Harry’s calls aren’t being put through.”

The source went on to compare the current situation with previous disputes involving the Sussexes while they were living in Montecito.

“The king and William are treating this situation like they did when Harry threw international tantrums while living in Montecito.

“He doesn’t call to catch up or try to meet up. He calls to complain and try to bully his father into getting his taxpayer-funded security back. It’s exhausting. And ill-advised.”

According to the report, relations between Harry and his relatives remain strained. The Duke is said to be pushing for changes to his security arrangements after returning to Britain, while also reportedly maintaining that members of the Royal Family owe him an apology.

Another source quoted by the US outlet expressed frustration over the situation, saying: “It’s all just so horrid. And sadly, predictable. Harry says he wants to come home, he misses the U.K., and wants his children to know his father.

“Yet when he arrives, he immediately starts banging on about security, getting into public spats with his family, and complaining.

“Nothing is ever good enough unless it’s exactly what he wants … and he seems to forget he gave up this life. He can’t come back in.”

The claims come amid recent speculation that Harry and Meghan have relocated to the Cotswolds. The couple previously lived in the area before stepping away from royal duties in 2020 and have retained connections to the region.

King Charles also has close ties to the Cotswolds through his Highgrove estate, located near Tetbury in Gloucestershire. The property has been one of Charles’s best-known private residences for decades.

NewsNation further reported that the Sussexes have been based in the Cotswolds since August. The outlet claimed that Harry and Meghan have been able to travel around the region and London without incident, even as the disagreement surrounding their security arrangements continues.

Neither Buckingham Palace nor Kensington Palace publicly responded to the allegations. According to the report, emails seeking comment from both royal households went unanswered.
